I am also able to RDP to the Desktop using a Windows laptop that is joined on the same AD.I have turned off the domain, public, and private firewalls on the Desktop for now.I can successfully ping the Desktop from the mac and vice versa.I know that is the correct IP address and username, as MicrosoftRemote Desktop Assistant software (that I installed onto the Desktop) provided me the PC Name and User Name to log in with. Some extra information that may help in troubleshooting:
If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance. On the Mac Windows Remote Desktop, I have entered the IP address, user account (AzureAD\) and have checked the connect to admin session box, as the user has admin rights.
I am unable to connect a mac (running High Sierra 10.13.6) with Windows Remote Desktop 10 (Version 10.2.3 (1343)) to a Windows 10 Desktop running Windows 10 Pro (17134.407).
